Lorena Wilson
I have been providing a superior level of informed and
professional services to buyers and sellers as a full-time Real Estate Agent for
many years now. I pride myself on approaching my Real Estate career with as much
enthusiasm and drive as I do in every aspect of my life. I have a reputation for
having an unlimited amount of energy and have steered my notorious work ethic
towards a very successful Real Estate career.
I was born and raised in Arcadia, now residing in
Monrovia and am extremely familiar with the San Gabriel Valley. This comes
in handy when searching for homes for my buyers. My goal is always to find
the perfect home, meeting the wants and needs of my clients.
In the past couple of years, I have developed relationships that have led to
Bank Owned Property listings and sales. I am experienced in Foreclosure
Sales and Short Sale transactions and have attended many seminars to learn the
in and outs of both scenarios. Because of this, I am the first person the agents
in my office come to for advice and suggestions when dealing with these
types of transactions.
